How to send a copyright notice
Under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), your written notice should include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
- The specific page address on our site where the material appears
- Your name, mailing address, phone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf

Counter notice
If material you posted or provided was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter notice that includes your signature, identification of the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your name, address, and phone number along with your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district.
